A single supply chain, two integrated areas of expertise
We are the only Italian cab manufacturer which produces both the metal structure and the safety glass
internally. This dual specialization allows us to ensure consistent design, guaranteed timeframes, and full traceability.
Design
From the feasibility study to prototyping, we design complete, safe, tailor-made cabs for all operational applications.
Production
Our structural plant incorporates laser cutting, robotic welding, and painting: certified quality and complete traceability for every cab.
Assembly
Integrated multi-product lines build complete cabs, fully equipped and ready for installation in accordance with customer specifications.
Construction Machinery Glass
Our Internal Glass Plant
In our glass plant we produce flat and curved panes, plain or laminated, with specific treatments on the basis of the sector of
application. Our glass is installed in Forghieri’s own cabs, and is also sold as spare parts and supplied to other
manufacturers.
Design
We design flat and curved glass for integration with the cabs, which is ECE R43 compliant and made to measure for each work vehicle.
Production
Our glass plant manufactures tempered and laminated glass, with internal supervision of each phase to guarantee constant safety and performance.
Assembly
We handle glass installation internally to ensure perfect coupling with the cab and fast, accurate setup
