Forghieri adopted its “Organization, Management and Control Model” Pursuant to the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001 on January 1, 2025. 231/2001. This is a choice which confirms the company’s commitment to integrity, transparency and responsibility.

Forghieri considers its OMC model an essential tool for the correct and transparent management of its activities. Forghieri is committed to:
- guaranteeing the integrity of the company by reinforcing its internal supervisory system;
- improving the effectiveness and transparency in corporate management, ensuring compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001;
- sensitizing employees and partners on principles of transparency and correctness.
“231 Model”, the Supervisory Body
Pursuant to the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree 231, Forghieri has set up a Supervisory Body, assigned autonomous powers of action and supervision. The Supervisory Body monitors the operation and compliance of the “231 Model” and ensures it is continuously updated.
