Cab and glass as a finished system

Forghieri designs glass destined for different industrial applications: components for internal assembly lines, glass for original spare parts developed on the basis of dedicated commercial agreements, and plain or ready-to-install glass for the transport sector (buses, trucks, and other commercial or industrial vehicles), complete with weatherstripping, vasistas or sliding windows, and double-glazed units.

In the case of components and spare parts, the design of our glass always follows the finished system approach: the cab and glass are designed as a single system. Thanks to expertise developed in terms of complete control over the production system, from the structure to assembly, we are able to supply customers with all instructions required to manage glass installation methods and configurations. The result is a product with guaranteed costs and timeframes, which meets the expected quality standards and ECE R43 type approval.

For simple or ready-to-install glass destined for the transport sector and not installed directly on Forghieri cabs, our team supports customers in the industrialization and production phase.
